Hi guys well firstly she is doing MUCH better!!!!
after last week when i asked for advice, the days following things didnt seem any worse....or any better.
But then just when i thought it was hopeless, i decided.... to do what alot of you said and cut out the morning meal.
IT WORKED! its so strange how just that small meal made all the differance to her behaviour! she is brilliant now! she takes her bit alot easier * still trys it on a little* lol but i do manage to get it in fairly easy without a fight.
she now also LOVES to go out to grass all day long! which... has cut down on mucking out for me during the day!
and the most important thing....i can now mount her... although she does try to walk off a little LOL.... least i can get on her and ride her.
she deffo needs some schooling but she is the perfect horse for me now. she is really really affectionate and 2 nights ago she was lay down in her stable licking my knee to death!!!!! LOL it was hilarious , for about half an hour..
Oh also, she stands perfectly still nowso i can spray her down with the fly repellant! lol smart horse knows that when i do this, the midges will stop buggin her out!
god loads to tell ya... Jordan and daphi
( p,s i changed the spelling of her name cos i felt mean thinking actually changing her name so i think daphi sounds better than daffy LOL what do ya think?
