so after toying with the idea for well... years... I have bought a treeless saddle today. Only a cheapish used one to see how I get on.
From the people who I have known who have ridden in them, most haven't liked them :/
my principle reason for buying it is that I have a pony who I struggled to get a saddle for last year, the only one I could find to fit her was a gallop one... I bought it and TBH, I wont ride with it as I just cringe at what the tree will be made of, so here I am - buying another for her.
I would ideally like to get a Heather Moffatt but for now we will see how we get on with this one.
But, is there anything I should be aware of before using a treeless saddle??
It came with the correct treeless saddle style of numnah so I have that. but is there anything else I should know?
Thanks for reading
