As some know, have new horse and promptly fell off about three weeks ago! Hence horse not being ridden for three weeks...

Was meant to be RC training this week but dr advised more rest for the wrist but time is ticking on and sj comp looming! I sulked and yesterday thought sod it...

So down to instructors today with massively strapped wrist.

Bit of help to do buckles and girths and off we went...

Blooming epic. No messing, no excitement, just half hour flat and couple of x poles as we were both panting like old boots...

Lily loaded perfectly and we seem to be bonding perfectly...

I am so happy! Instructor gonna hire local indoor school soon as well so will be able to have lessons after work during the dark nights!

All those weeks pondering on do I, don't I....lily is proving to me I made the right choice. Yippee!

She is 15.2, 7 years old and IDX....

Lovely!

Spent so much time pondering, amazed she wasn't snapped up, then OH got fed-up and said 'here you go, before you steal my horse again!'...

:p
