Katie Price pic in the Sun

[ QUOTE ]
argh this woman just annoys me
1) no hat!
2) bought a stallion (as you say an "olympic prospect") why doesnt she buy a nice average horse to teach her how to ride properly without the need for draw reins, gadgets and everything else under the sun to get the desired effects out of the horses that are obviously already trained for her (and she is just so naff she requires them to get the same effect as other people!!!!)
3) Im pretty sure its an old picture that has been posted before but still infuriating!
4) Why would riding him feel inappropriate?! its not the real peter andre is it?!!! gah!

5) I am sure I am just jealous, but how is it fair that gets to own 6 horses from getting so much money for flashing her gigantic t*ts about the place, and yet some of us (not just me) who are working hard, cant even currently afford 1 "average" horse let alone 6 super star ones! (although Id rather have an average, have a good time and smile!!!)

and who in their right mind would call a horse "cross dresser"?!?!?!

ok rant over, can anyone tell i just cant stand her!? sorry! going back into my hole now!

yeah i remember that one, it was def something similar to that cos i remember she was on a sj yard and she had a made up name and had to try and pretend not to be herself to just be like a normal groom, although i dont know how that worked seeing as everyone knows her face (or booooooobs!!hehe!)

Years back she was in a program where she went to work at a stable yard undercover as a groom/rider. no idea what the aim of said program was, I do remember seeing her go over a jump though

Because sex sells, she's got it so she's flaunting it!
Plus she is a good business woman who has her fingers in alot of other pies (clothes/novels/biographies/underwear etc.)
Honestly, you're sounding like a jealous child

chavhorse - yes i am currently inhaling deeply trying to stop my head spinning!

I much prefer a picture like the one naturally posted. Its much more "realistic" (and I use that word losely when refering to KP!) and what riding should be about, which is enjoying spending time with your horse (safely! although how much slobber transfer was done could alter that statement!)

i really like her horses! Its just a shame its her that owns them (in my opinion!)

Just a thought, could the horse have a Running Martingale on??
The tension in her arms may not be due to yanking the horses head in, but agree the horse is "over bent".
This lady is always getting publicity on here, why oh why are we giving her more??
Is it not enough that her cage fighter boyfriend is winding people up by claiming their relationship is getting more publicity than Michael Jackson's death!!!
Eeeuuuggghhh, the pair just mike me puke!!

super_kat.
yup as I said I was going to sound jealous, as I would love to own even one of her horses.

But Id want to earn it from doing a job that doesnt involve me getting my bits out in public, sleeping with every tom dick and harry that will further my slutty reputation, etc etc.

However she is (as you say) a very good business woman for what she does............ each to their own and all that. But the fact that she is setting an example for people (esp kids) means she should be more conscienscous (sp?) of the image she portrays whilst on a horse!
If I had kids (I don't btw!) id want them seeing the other picture posted on here of her, rather than the posed one in the sun, demonstrating poor safety and poor riding skills/training skills resulting in a v overbent horse..........

but then again I am jealous, and Il gladly take andre off her hands for her!
grin.gif

Yup - Faking It - She had to pretend she was a groom, then convince a panel of judges she was a talented future showjumper. She blew it because she said she wanted to win the 'foxhunters' at HOYS - one of the judges said that anyone that knew anything about showjumping would know it was referred to as 'foxhunter' without the "s" so therefore she wasn't a real showjumper.

Also one of the builders working at TS's yard at the time it was filmed recognised her and blew her cover to the other grooms.

She was bone idle lazy - the other grooms (who weren't meant to know who she really was, and had been told whe was there as a WP) moaned because she wasn't interested in helping with the horses, she just wanted to ride all the time.

It is really sad I only saw the programme once and can remember all that!

Is she?? Or does she just have a good publicity team around her? From what I've seen she doesn't actually conduct much business herself - her agents/publicists sort all the interviews and meetings out, she just turns up to them!

SO what.............. it's on private yard (note her car behind) - her horses, her head!!!

I'm just so glad that my 'patey hat' is safe, as i said on here that if she got to complete for GB London 2012 dressage team - i would eat my hat!!, but she's now gone back on this aim - *******wipe brow*******

SHOCK tho - wraps DON'T MATCH, OMG call the fashion police!!!!!!

well that makes her a good business woman then doesn't it?

i work at a successful company and the MD is the man who goes to the meetings, is wined and dined and the face of the successful business.

he isn't the one doing the ordering, producing, selling etc but he plays a huge part.

surely any successful person surrounds themselves with people who are good at their jobs?

also, has anyone thought that maybe she is selling the horse beause she isn't suited to it??

and the media have leapt on the fact is it by coincidence called Andre?

i can't see an offical statement from Katie or her 'people' to say she is selling it because of it's name?

this is The Sun afterall.

IMO a good 'business-woman' is someone who makes business decisions, who actively manages their team - not somebody who sits back, goes with the flow, and makes the odd decision here and there. But as I said, that is just my opinion. I wouldn't go to KP for business advice.

how do you know she doesn't do that?
from watching a very heavily edited show about her?
it would hardly be entertaining if the programme showed her on the phone, in the office and talking to her staff about business would it?

Just an added point .... I love my horses to bits, and enjoy every moment of riding, but always look grumpy.

However, that is just my concentration face and perhaps she is the same? It really winds me up when people say this to me ... so I don't think you can judge how she feels on her facial expression in one photo?

Why on earth did she just not change the horses name?? Like she did when she got him! obviously wasnt as fond of the horse as she made out, ever so glad that Junior isnt called Pete or he would have been traded in too, heres hoping the next owner aint a fake person so he gets love and attention and doesnt get moved on because of his name!!
mad.gif

To be honest I tend to ignore her antics but what I find annoying is her disposable attitude to her horses because of their name.

I do try to have a live and let live attitude but she really is the personification of spoilt shallowness.

No hat aarrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhhhhh!!! When will that woman ever start behaving responsibly. She is a major 'celebrity' with young people and children seeing these pictures all the time.....great example katie....

I'm sorry but I really don't see how her selling the horse because of his name is any different at all to someone selling their horse because it doesn't do the job they bought it for? The horse doesn't understand it is being sold, it will just know it's in a different place once it moves yards. The horse won't care why it's being sold, whether it's because it has the wrong name (FWIW I once went to look at a horse that was being sold because it was the wrong colour!) or because the owner wants to jump and the horse doesn't.

I really do wish people wouldn't get on their soapboxes about this on behalf of the horse, who himself really won't care less. All the horse cares about is being fed, watered, warm, safe and to have companionship. I would imagine that KP's horses are very well looked after and I'd hope that he goes to a new owner who will look after his requirements equally as well, if not better. The horse certainly doesn't sit at home holding his head in his hands and being embarrassed to be owned by KP (though what a great image that makes
