Amymay I was on holiday when this happened and I was doing some catching up to see how Jack did.
I am so sorry you had such a grotty diagnosis for him. You must have been very shocked.
He was a lucky lad to have had the year or two with you that he did and lucky that he did not suffer when he could probably have been subjected to lots of treatments and operations in a different home.

Mmm, I think so yes. We’ve been trying not to project our own feelings on her, but there’s definitely been a subtle sadness about her. But we’ve kept our routine exactly the same and she see’s her friends every day, so she not without doggy company. OH has surprisingly been making noises about getting another dog. But I feel it’s far too soon to think about that yet.
