The latest Omaze competition house has equestrian facilities and is in 11 acres.

I'm not sure what me and OH would do with all those bedrooms. We'd have to open a B&B.

I hate the TV adverts. The woman's voice is so whiney and annoying.

I think it’s dressed for sale.

Who on earth wood have a dustpan and brush hanging up over the work surface (in the boot room)?
There's a salt lick hanging up in a weird place too, and what looks like a ragfork outside a stable with the mucking out tools

I'm convinced it's ragwort 😆 the stables look very staged.

I've heard that most of those omaze homes are in the most undesirable areas and people that have won them really struggle to sell them.

It's in a nice enough area (my subjective opinion!) and you could spend some of the 250,000 on the arena, plus I think solar panels and perhaps insulation too.
It mentions air source heating but as it's a large house, grade 2 listed and no solar panels are mentioned it might cost a fortune to heat otherwise.

ETA that's a lot of stables. Might want to spend on some horses, too <g>

Well that's a bit gorgeous isn't it? Me and Mr F would be rattling round in that but I reckon I could make use of it!
