I'm not sure what me and OH would do with all those bedrooms. We'd have to open a B&B.

I hate the TV adverts. The woman's voice is so whiney and annoying.

Oh I like the main bedroom but my favourite is the boot room!

I've heard that most of those omaze homes are in the most undesirable areas and people that have won them really struggle to sell them.

Well the Devon one wasn’t, it was just inside the Dartmoor National park with tremendous views, and ten minutes from the small town of Bovey Tracey and only 15 mins to a dual carriageway. It had great hacking/dog walking. I’d have kept it!

The ones local to us have been in lovely areas, big £££ always take longer to sell as the market is smaller.

It's in a nice enough area (my subjective opinion!) and you could spend some of the 250,000 on the arena, plus I think solar panels and perhaps insulation too.
It mentions air source heating but as it's a large house, grade 2 listed and no solar panels are mentioned it might cost a fortune to heat otherwise.

ETA that's a lot of stables. Might want to spend on some horses, too <g>
