leather riding boots

I am after some long leather riding boots for riding in. I thought the mountain horse high rider ones would be fine but i tried them on and they fit round the calf and foot size but were really quite baggy round the ankle in terms of large and not fitted and smart. Can anyone recommend some. Much as i like the look of Sergio boots and Ariats they are out of my price range at £200 plus.

any other mountain horse or something else or do i stick to leather gaiters and jod boots.

If you want cheap look into Saxon Equileather boots!

Dublin Aristocrat Boots are leather and there like 80£ on ebay, great bargin, and I've had mine for a long time!

i have mountain horse richmond boots, i have the junior ones though as i have, in my dads words, sparrow legs and chicken ankles! charming eh!

really struggle to find off the peg boots that arent too big for my calves though i have a nice pair of ariat bromonts on order but will need heal risers til they drop.

i would love love love a pair on sergio or similar but will have to save more pennies first

get your selves on ebay ,i just got a pair of sergio grasso vasensa boots for £130
ok they didn't fit perfectly but do now thanks to my saddler and they are not that worn and are sssooo lush far better quality than MH & look like they will last longer than ariats

took me about 6 weeks to win a pair for right price just keep looking

yeah keep a look on e-bay, i got a pair of almost brand new equitechtor boots, not a mark on them for £30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
