What breeds are these? See how many people can get them right ( I'd never heard of any of these until I started looking)
Sorry about the different sizes

3 is a Belgian Shepherd dog Lakenois, 4 is a Grand Bleu de Gascogne, 5 is a Briard, 6 I recognise but cant remember what it is, 7 looks like a Hamiltonstovaire, 9 looks like a German Wirehaired Pointer (cant tell what size it is) and 10 is an Ibizan Hound?

Or then again, perhaps not

9) is a Lagotto Romagnolo but the dog in the picture has been brushed so the coat has gone fuzzy. Really they should be left so the coat has its natural curl. (Can you tell I own one!)

Is 2) a Havenese?
10)Pharoh Hound

yeh 9 is a Lagotto Romagnolo, I'd never heard of one so I assumed that was how they are supposed to look. Stunning looking dog

You guys are better at this then I expected!

I think thats how Americans/Australians like Lagotto to look. It is very frowned upon in Italy (their country of origin) and over here and Europe. I don't know who made the rules though!

I knew them all straight away but thought I'd let others have a go, then went to watch telly, came back and no one had got them so I thought I would

Ooh, this thread and the pics so very much reminds me of my "book of breeds" that I used to read religiously when I was younger (shame I can't remember them so well though!

10 looks too big to be a podengo, I sw them at crufts (was quite taken with them) and they were a lot shorter in the leg. Know some of the others but will bow to your superior knowledge (or google

) with the rest.

Okay have just looked for pictures and it would appear they come in different sizes

, it is these little ones I fell for.
