Lightbulb moment! Share yours?

After a year of struggling with Stan going into a frenzy everytime there is someone at the door - which included chasing a pizza delivery guy down the street (in a friendly way, but still not good) - I have discovered Mr Spray Bottle. Stan barks, gets asked to be quiet, if he barks again, he gets sprayed with water. Cue one terrier scurrying off upstairs in silence. Mua ha ha

It's just such a simple idea and I can't believe I haven't thought of it sooner!

So...please share your wonderfully simple 'lightbulb moments'....

That's my other one! There is nothing in the world better than the tennis ball, he'll leave anything, do anything, ignore any big scary dog....if I have his ball.
