Little Tiger Demolishes a fence at Belton - slow motion video!

I agree the website does look very smart, however that grey font is very hard to read ( I have perfect eyesite) I gave up reading because it was all blurring in to one!! Good luck for Badders - we all wish you well.

I could only see the photo as the vid wanted me to install new software (by Apple I think). Hope rider and horse are OK!!!!

The website looks great. Just a little thing: some of the writing is white on white (the headers) and is tough to see. The use of the Apple software may limit a bit who clicks on the videos, but then again I might be wrong because I am not a Mac user.

I can't watch the vids as I don't have quicktime on my lappy and can't download it (it belongs to my work :()

Website looks nice though and easy to navigate - only I thought the links on each horse's page (photos/vids/management/training) aren't immediately obvious where they are (when the rest of the menus come down the left hand side).

I quite like the grey font - I think it looks smart - but do agree in bulk bits of text it is a little wearing on the eyes. Taking it a shade darker should do it. I can't see some of the photos - just red crosses but that might be the work PC - will look at home.
Otherwise I think it looks really professional. I like the fact it is non-fussy. Don't like sites with lots of animation and swirly writing :)

Poor Frostie!

As for the website:

I'm another who can't see the videos, sorry.

On the plus side I'm very picky on spelling etc and this is one of the best sites I've seen. I did, however, notice "I hope to carry adding to this in the years to come!" I think there should be an "on" in there!

Thanks for the feedback people - if you can be bothered to download Quicktime player from Apple, I can pretty much guarantee it will be worth it! Although obviously slightly biased, I really do think they're worth watching :)

Well other's are doing better than me. As all I get are the header's & the rest just keeps whirling! Been 5 minutes now & still waiting!

The bits I saw were really good. I have got Quicktime & managed about 3/4s of the SJ round & then it was kept stopping & when I clicked play returned to the start. After about 6 goes I gave up - can we have the snippet with fence demolition please, I am intrigued!!:)

LOVE love the website- its so fab and truely the best one I've seen out of all the eventers. Very informative without being boring, and the videos are great, cos phoebe is superb talking in front of the camera!! All the videos worked absolutely perfectly for me, no probs at all, and this is a computer that is normally complicated about everything!!
I do think a darker shade of grey for the writing would be easier to read, but apart from that, fantastic website very well done!
Did you do all the filming? I've never actually seen Frostie in action before, and it was great to see her go! :)

I love that mare's personality, her reaction after the first fence SJ did make me chuckle!

Thank god for modern fence construction, much better for the fence to be floored like that then have less give, and floor the horse and rider instead!

I really like Phoebe's explanations and way in front of the camera, she comes across very well :)

Very good :) was great to watch, could do with you as my instructor, so nice to see a down to earth top eventer who says what you think and see.

God that pony can jump!!!! It really is amazing when you see her canter past the show jumps and they are up by her ears and she so takes on those xc fences!!!!

Big whoopsie at that coffin!!! Very lucky it came apart like that!!!

I like the website :)

Phoebe is such a natural in front of the camera. I've met her quite a few times locally and she is always totally natural and 'normal'

You should get her doing some TV presenting

Fantastic video, thanks for posting on YouTube! (OH works in data security and I am not allowed to download any software from the internet in case I mess up his server!!!).

Phoebe is really good in front of the camera. Her commentary is really interesting and insightful. Ditto Thistle, maybe H&C TV should have a look at these videos and sign her up for something?!!

Super fabulous horsey!! Thank God for collapsible fences!!!

Just been back on through the main website link you posted.
Loaded straight away! Looks very good & reads really well. Very well laid out!

Sadly videos I can not download! It just shows me a picture of old film (like what we use to put in cameras!) with a crack through it & Q in the middle!

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong!

It's OK - I think what works for a Mac is not quite so good on a PC so I'm just (laboriously) going through and changing all the videos into Youtube ones so it should work better. Should be up and running by tomorrow - watching Youtube videos upload is like watching paint dry...

Sorry!:o

I am saving up for an iMac but just not got there yet! Plus recent vets fees are gonna slow it down too!

Just watched on youtube & Yikes! Well sat P & LT geting her fifth landing gear out!

Love this little mare!! She is a white version of my Meg!! (with more talent and a far better jockey!)
I wish them all the luck in the world - would love to see them in the top 20 at Badders. Go Pheobe and Frosty!!!!!!

Also when you click on Charlies management you get Black Jacks!?
& to be really nit picky! (Sorry)!
Frosties noseband is not a kineton but a combination noseband (in the picture anyway)

Must say it is a fantastic site & really informative & true behind the sceens warts & roses! Very well done. Shows that these fab top horses can give their riders (& owners) ust as much headaches as our own darlings do!

Wish I had the patience & talent to design a website like that! Not that I would have anything to put on it!

megabest yep there's a pic of them about to fall when she left a leg iirc - on the bank I think? something like that...

Fab website, fab presenting, and a really good video, my god wasn't she lucky...unbelievable! But she rides so nicely. :)
