No not yet, my mum went into hospital critically ill and I don't drive so we are in a bit of a stand still at the moment

I had similar, the horse was a bad loader and I had no transport, after trying to take horse out of field she chained the gate.
She also persuaded police, (I called them out and they came) that she owned the horse, but agreed she owed me money. This was her story, and they chose to believe her not me. I held the passport but police were not interested. I had intended to sell the horse to girl but he was not getting locked after, the SSPCA were called by police. They told her, as keeper, to hay and water the horse, yes he had no water! Field had little grazing and he was not getting fed.
In the end I asked BHS to intervene, I lost the horse, but he went to a new home I got £ 200 for him, gues what, from the BHS representative!
So girl got free horse, in top condition, I ended up moving him to less than ideal stabling and practically giving him away. He was my best friend type horse, very sad for him to go through all that, very expensive and stressful for me.
