I am considering loaning my big lad. I can't ride due to my health and am under strict instructions from the hospital not to for at least the next 6 months. So was thinking rather than sell him as i know i will struggle to replace such a good horse i could loan him out. I would want him to stay at my current yard, it has all the best facilities and he is very happy. I would cover the cost of his hay/feed and bedding. So all loaner would pay for is his livery. He is currently on part livery and that works out to £200 a calendar month, this can be altered to DIY or full with money being changed either way. The loaner would only have to to go to the yard once a day. He is a great show jumper with BS winnings of over £200, he has won CT, Dressage, XC, arena eventing and is a fantastic hunter. There is excellent hacking and he is 100% in traffic and someone at the yard to give lessons if needed. The loaner would be able to do all of these things with him. He has the best tack, rugs etc so everything is there. There would be no further cost except for any competing they did.
