Of a roan pony in the Lancashire area probably be classed as 20+ as when I sold her the next owners were told she was 5 years younger....
She's 13.3 Bay roan Mare two white socks on back legs when I owned her she was called Tango but I believe her name was changed to Texas...last I know of her she was living in Rochdale owner called Beth the the trail runs dry..oh yes this mare could jump for fun

my answer is a long shot also...since she's a talented jumper she might well have competed locally, maybe ring rochdale and district riding club sec. and see if anyone remembers the pony, you know what its like you see the same ponies about for years its just the rider that changes...
other than that try sending local tack shops/feed merchants postcards to display on their boards (ie naylors/hackworths, probably both gone by now though but look on t'internet)
is she freezemarked? contact the company and ask them to contact the current registered owner for you.
