lorry insurance (7.5t), who do you use?

we are going to look at a vw man 7.5t lorry tomorrow and hopefully will be coming home with it (fingers crossed) so who do you all use, who is best value for money?

We use Anthony Evans, when we checked at renewal earlier they were the cheapest for us.

I use Barry Grainger...they halved my quote when I first started using them and still only £20 more 4 years on...

ETA when I got a internet quote I then rang them as I couldnt beleive how resonable they were

NFU for insurance and also roadside rescue for horse ect, i think as well as your standard insurance when transporting a horse on a reg basis, it really is worth considering a good rescue for your horse,esp, if the worst should happen and you get stranded on the motorway. If you have good cover at least you know you will have experienced people to help you get your horse to a stable/home and off the motorway/roadside if they are unable to get your lorry going!!

We have NFU cover too as the rescue cover is invaluable. Are Anthony Evans and Barry Grainger just insurance brokers or actual insurers??

SEIB. I wouldn't touch NFU.
