I would like to lose weight in order to get back riding but it's always hard to do it alone. With this time in lock down, I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to lose weight. Regardless of reasons or quantity I thought it would be nice to have a page to support and hold accountable.
It can be easy for people to get lost and fall off the wagon so I thought it may be good to set a goal etc and do at least a weekly check back and has support from each other.
So I'll go first.
Overall goal: 7 stone
Goal to ride again: 5 stone
This week's target for food: plan healthy meals and stick to it
This week's target for exercise: a daily 4k mini bike cycle and 30mins walk a day and any extra and HIIT workout videos throughout the week will be a bonus.
