Magnetic rug overnight?

Hi everyone. Not sure if this seems like a stupid question.
I was just wondering, does anyone use magnetic rugs overnight? Pony in question is in about 13 hours at night. Also, does anyone put a light stable rug on top?

I’d put a rug on top if its cold like it is at the moment. I’ve left mine on overnight before with no issues.

Last horse used to have magnetic boots on over night for 14 hours without an issue. Sure it won't matter.

Be careful if pony has pssm/ppid, there can be a sensitivity with magnets so be sure to test first.

No not at all-- I'm just on a few groups for PSSM and some people have mentioned their type 1 horses have struggled with magnets and ceramic rugs.. I don't have personal experience just second hand. I have a group 2 horse never sought to try it.
