I'm ill!

Woke up at half-four this morning with what I assumed was a migraine (not had one before). Sick. Headache to end all headaches. Couldn't move once I'd wobbled downstairs in search of tablets.

Have taken x amount of drugs (all on advice). The headache has gone, but the stomach is still refusing to play ball - I feel like I'm at sea! And throat hurts. Eating bits and pieces okay, but on the whole just feel bl00dy awful

. Lights don't seem to be affecting me, and seem to prefer light to dark, but can't do flashing things.

So, Friend and hubbies and daughters are working on The Move without me

. Feel so flipping useless

To add to my guilt, a friend was taking me to see Jools Holland tonight. I had to text her to say I couldn't go (I can't do conversation very well at the moment). She replied with the cost of the tickets! Ah well.

Looking on the bright side, I should be okay tomorrow

. The horses should be okay where they are and the new yard isn't going anywhere. I don't have to be in an office on Monday morning so can spend time with the horses.

Gawd this has taken forever to type out!

She can still go, just pay for your ticket!
If you've got a sore throat it doesn't sound like migraine, but horrible anyway. I don't know if it helps, but I find that if I have a migraine it sometimes helps to doze or sleep in a sort of sitting position. My head hurts more when I put it down on a pillow.

I see from the other thread that the move is done anyway, that must be a huge relief.

Two horses are moved, and a load of gear. The trailer we borrowed has a flat, that won't be pumped up, so that's a no go. The yard has kindly lent their lorry (today only, they need it tomorrow), so Friend is ferrying what she can today. A lovely friend has lent us a trailer for tomorrow, so I have to be alive and kicking to help!

Trying to eat something, but the cupboards are bare... can't really complain as hubby has missed the football to help (he didn't even mention it!).

Ahhh bless your hubby, what would we do without them huh?

Really hope you are feeling better and are able to go and see them all tomorrow ((hugs))
