Ones coming up to our yard

Was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about them- are they worth getting to look at your horse etc?

Thanks guys!

Made a world of difference to my mare. I think they're well worth getting out to have a look over. Really helped my mare with her bucking. Everyone on my yard uses McTimony and have all found it good too.

Brilliant! Think I will put my name down today.. Mare sometimes has probles with her canter transition so it would be great if they could poss help with that!

Do these people get some 'bad press' then? 'Coz I swear on here somewhere there was a big debate about them??

I guess it's just that they're not your typical traditional chiro and people will always have differing opinions. You just have to give it a go and see what works best for you and your horse. I've personally not heard of, or experienced, anything bad with them.

I have used a very good one in the past. I have had a few different 'back people' in the past and some of them seem real quacks which has made me rather sceptical. The McTimony chap I used took a real interest in my horse, asked about her performance and ridden work, saw her trotted up several times and then started to work with her. He was also really interesting to talk to - I asked loads of questions which he answered well.

One of my friends is just finishing her equine physio qualifications now, so I'll be using her in the future instead now (cheaper!!)
