Meaning of KWPN “Stb-ext”

Can anyone tell me what “Stb-ext” means in relation to KWPN breeding? I noticed it when looking at the family tree of some horses I have been viewing.

I think that STB is the abbreviation for "stamboek", meaning "studbook", and having the note STB-EXT , marked on the horse's papers means it has been seen at the owner's home ("EXT" for "external") for confirmation to breed standard.
