Hi Cazza,
I play for Centaur, though in my avatar i'm playing for midlands at the inter-regionals - so it's no wonder you couldn't tell which club!
Are you a polox regular or a retired one?
xxx
I'm a regular, I play for Liscombe (have the big grey thing Ghost) and the naughty chestnut (which is like running into a brick wall at 30miles an hour) Roman Nose. Last season I played Nose all year due to my hubby nicking my horse to play on. Are yours back in work getting ready for the season yet?
Caroline!
We bought Outrageous from you and Ash!
I'm not playing this season, but Rage is half fit now so that Ally can play him.
My little mare that i played last season (got up close and personal with you and Nose at liscombe) has been lame with tenosynovitis since the end of october. Thinking about sending her down to Jason's to meet Diesel.
The other two have been in about a month, but will go back out again now, breaking my collar bone has put a major spanner in the works!
I'd been planning on introducing Rage to the dressage malarkey at the end of feb, but that won't be happening now!
OMG didn't realise you had broken your collar bone Ouch how painful, that takes ages to heal. So why arn't you playing this year? ok other than you are recovering from your injury. Glad to hear rage is being a good boy, he is such a lovely horse. Will be trying to get my horse back this year, but somehow I don't think I'll manage it as we will be putting Nose into foal with GTO and then I will play her for the rest of the season. So better she's playing for me than being expected to do too much with Ash. We will be seeing you at some of the tournaments won't we?
Just had enough really, need break. I expect i'll be desperate to play again next season!
I'm going to spend the time getting my yougster having fun, she came straight off the track into C grade at midlands 05, and then played at the nationals. They were really tough tournaments for her, and it only happened because of less than ideal circumstances. She was left with a bitter taste in her mouth, and has been off injured pretty much ever since.
Once she's seen a bit more of the world and grown up a bit she'll be more willing to give polox another go.
That's the plan anyway!
I'll still be around, grooming for Ally i expect, she's too lazy to do things herself! Me not being able to ride/muck out has come as a bit of a shock to her, it's suddenly dawned on her that she's going to have to do it herself. If it wasn't for the fact that he's so nice i wouldn't have been doing it in the 1st place, quite liked the excuse to ride him!
