Hope he hasn't been banned from the forum, his posts are such fun. I expect he's sat up in bed now, wearing striped PJ's buttoned up to the top button, after neatly laying his brown suit and yfronts ( not boxers)folded on a chair, with a fountain pen writing to the local rag about horse poo. Its so entertaining.

He hasn't been banned as far as I can see, such a shame about the button pushing.
This place is pretty dull these days.

I expect Darren contacted admin and wanted it stopping ,probably because he didnt like the replies.
I doubt it. I think he would expect/invite the replies.
Darren has a youtube channel where he complains about something & people argue with him.
He isn't particularly worried about poo. He complains about all manner of other things. He doesn't live in Portslade.

I don't apologise for pushing the button, he was rude towards forum members and the thread was a rerun of the previous one which descended into all of us taking the piss out of someone who, from the second thread, appears to have some mental health difficulties.

He's already angry enough about horse owners. Personally, I would prefer that people like him don't go round saying none of us give a shit about shit on pavements.

See post #32.
I think you have misread the situation.

I confess I am very childish in my sense of humour and will never tire of poo jokes. 💩

However I don't see the point of arguing with someone who isn't here and as I said I find myself warming to Darren. He strikes me as a previously happy person who has fallen into a habit. He seeks out the familiar rut of arguing because it has become comfortable for him, then makes a virtue of it being his identity, "shock jock" style.
He is also a prolific and quite well known reviewer of dvds and games, so maybe he has the IT skills to return under another identity? Otherwise I'm leaving it here.

A very superior place.

Thing is, that emissions from motor vehicles ie exhaust fumes end up in our lungs as we breathe them in. At least a heap of poo is visible and avoidable. If you don’t walk around in the dark.
And the horse poo shouldn’t be on the pavement.

There was the great horse manure crisis of 1894 which was 'solved' by the invention of motor vehicles

ive just looked at it on Googlemaps. its suburbia in the middle of a built up area. no fields or stables nearby. very strange that someone is bothering to ride a horse down there.

There's a livery yard across the A27 bridge at the end of the bridleway that starts pretty close to Mill Lane ;)
