and was a star :D Thank you for your positive vibes yesterday, they must have worked!

They had a great Day, are all back in one piece so I can now breath a huge sigh of relief :p I actually thought I was going to be sick on the way up to the yard I was that worried

Anyway without boring you all too much it went really well, Mil was a bit fidgety at the meet (she doesn't do standing!) but once they set off she was absolutely fine, not lit up at all! She looked more relaxed then she did at the opening meet, think she knew what to expect this time :)

They didn't do any jumping as unfortunately the hounds went in the opposite direction to the X-Country course so the only jumps where 4ft + hedges

They stayed out for about 2 1/2 hours before heading back to the Box, Millie was pretty tired but not overly sweaty which was good. She was quite stiff when we unloaded her but we turned her out tonight and she went cantering off throwing in the odd buck/ bounce around so she obviously isn't feeling too bad!

I think LJ was nervous before hand but she would never admit it, can't blame her really after what happened last time. (For those of you that don't know they got knocked over a huge solid fence by an out of control horse back at the opening meet! Hospital visits, 5 weeks of no riding and not been able to hunt since due to weather/fitness etc!)

I'm glad we got another meet in as I would have hated to go to the opening meet next season without having finished on a positive note this one!

A little piccy (more in PG :) )
