I am in the process of learning how to balance minerals for my horses diets, my poor brain doesn't know what's hit it!
Can anyone help me with the following......
Are any minerals removed from hay by soaking or is it just sugars?
What are the iron levels in speedibeet? Is it true that soaking twice brings the iron levels down?
Does anyone know/ have the data sheet for Charnwood milling's linseed meal (sorry, just being a bit lazy here, I'm sure I can email them for this)
As above for brewer's yeast... what's actually in it apart from Bvits.
