I've got a swollen ankle which has led to pain in the muscle that goes up the outside of my left calf (can't remember the names of the muscles sorry!) - it was originally a running injury but I've noticed that riding seems to make it worse? I'm guessing I over-pronate when my foot is in the stirrup (that's basically too much weight on the outside edge of the foot)
Has anyone experienced this & does anyone have any tips on getting rid of it? Going to see my GP tomorrow for some Naproxen & I'm pretty sure he will say rest it and ice it..... but of course I want to keep riding 😊
