I’m going to see my mum tomorrow so I can tell her face to face at least, unless one of her friends rings her in the meantime. My sister has just reminded me that Rob judged the last Cavalier Club championship show before lockdown & my mum’s bitch won Limit- I always teased her for entering under him as he always put her up ?

Yes, 100% honestly, my mum was absolutely one of the ‘influential’ people in the breed (although she’d never admit it!) but she always very much did her own thing - her dogs were quality through and through but they weren’t “fashionable” so they always won on their merits, she had no time for judges who put faces up ?
