My dogs nose has gone mad!

In the past week my Labrador's nose has become completely over active, and its starting to drive me mad. She is constantly sniffing at everything, everywhere in the yard, all around the house, sniff sniff manically, does anyone know why?
 
My black labrador can't stop sneezing. Took her to the vets yesterday as I think she may have a small feather or something stuck up her nose he looked the best he could and gave her two injections anti-inflammitory £37.00 and said come back if it gets any worse!! I presume they would have to sedate her to look right up her nose. She only sneezes when she walks about not when she's in her bed or lying down??

What age is she?

Flowerlady, yes, I would investigate a blockage.

She's breathing normally just keeps sneezing will take her back again in a couple of days if it doesn't clear. She's got a wet nose and shiney coat bright eyes no sign of discomfort it's just I know she doesn't sneeze like that so don't worry I will be on the case. I do not hold back where an animal is concerned.

Nope. I think she has sucked a feather up as she goes with OH to feed the birds at the shoot or she has a hair up there
