Thats my basenjis! The red and white is Solar, my boy, the other two are my girls Alice and Maya. Maya is mum, Solar and Alice are her babies

Solar is gorgeous What are they like as pets?

They're not for everyone. They're a hunting dog with a very high prey drive, and only relatively recently domesticated as "pets" in the way we keep them so they can be a little difficult for some homes. People often get them thinking they are ideal cos they dont bark, smell or moult, but without proper training and discipline they can be a handful!
