So, she has never been the type of dog that will put her bum into the bushes as some do, but she does have her usual places in the garden where she will go - and luckily its not 'in the way' places.
BUT, a few days ago, doing the doggy round, 1 nice pile was waiting for me 2 steps outside the side door - lazy dog or what! Then she went on the drive right by the garage door!?! And now, just as I have hung some washing out, one of her piles was under the washing line! I think she is having a lazy few days as said washing line is quite close to house and her 'usual places' are at the other end of the garden! Cheeky Dog.
She also has plenty of exersise during the day, on her walks and such like, but has found it acceptable to come back to me, while still going to the toilet, Iam not sure if she is guilty about anything or just pleased to see me and has forgotten what she was doing!!

Any tips to resume normality please?!!!!

I think its just pure laziness! Particually when it rains, she doesn't want to venture too far out!!
She is only just 6, and is fit as a fiddle.

I would take a few steps back into basic potty training.

If you know when he BM are likely to be take her to the place you want her to go then and praise and treat when she goes.
If she is not on a schedule i would take her there every hour or so.

haha when my dog is caught short indoors he goes to the toilet - literally - he only ever pees on our toilet floor!!!!
clever or what!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
