Had a very interesting hack this morning. Set off in sunshine, saw a beautiful double raimbow and got soaked in a downpour of rain and hailstone!!

Then we met a horse eating piece of wood which we had to step over to continue the hack. Stonking big warmblood terrified apparently. Snorting, reversing and generally throwing himself about and making a prat of himself. Entertained the dog walkers though.

Finally walked over it as if the last 10 minutes of dummy throwing had never happened. Ah the joys of horse riding!!

At least there was actually something there to attribute it to... when I take Scooby for a pootle down the track, he'll sometimes just stop and then start trying to reverse into the ditch for no apparent reason.

It's more napping than spooking, but it's a right pain because he LIKES going down the track once we actually get going, but he just decides to prat about for a bit beforehand. Silly pony. Then once we get moving, he's so busy looking around and making sure nothing's going to jump out of a hedge and eat him that he forgets what his feet are doing and trips himself up.

lmao, this is why i love horses, they constantly keep us guessing and love to make up their own entertainment.

But got to admit it would make the world a much more interesting place if we all went "woooooahhhh oh my god its a leaf!!!!! never seen once of them before!", espicially at work!

Ha, I first thought, you came across a horse eating a piece of wood!! Not the horse eating wood you had to step across!! I think I am tired or may have knocked my head badly with my double fall yesterday!
