I recieved my easyboot shells, now just waiting for the gaiters to make some gloves :-D Then i will be trading in my cavellos for another pair to make a whole set :-D excited about getting out hacking again!
They fit three feet, there is abit of a bulge on one of his front feet but im hoping that the foot can be rasped down to fit better, if not il have to buy one a size bigger.

wow. How on earth do they stay on :confused: I always thought hoof boots were big clunky things. If you can get them like that Nits can just have them instead of shoes when she comes into work!
 
They are fab! They have gaiter that attach to them to go round the pastern but i havnt had them yet, but even with out them they stick on very well. They grip onto the foot, i find them abit tricky to get off but im sure there is a knack to it! i use a hoof pick and abit of elbow grease! They arnt cheap (£115 a pair) but they last years! i have some cavellos but they didnt suit his tb legs and feet, were abit clumpy for him. was like a child wearing there parents shoes clumping round!

They're very tidy. If I can't get Nits to go without entirely will definitely look into these ones for hacking. I know it's petty but I usually hate how hoof boots look and it really puts me off using them.

£115 compared to £70 a set ever six weeks soon evens itself out doesn't it?!
 
Yes deifnately! i pay £20 every six weeks for a trim! my mare has shoes infront as her feet were to wide for the easy boot gloves, they either fit or they dont! But they have just bought out a new wide range so come winter she will have a pair of these instead of shoes!

They have just bought a new wide range in the gloves which i am pleased about as my mare is exactly the same and the normal ones didnt fit her, but i will be trying the new wide range on her!
 
They're the ones we use, only we glue them on as Spud can't tolerate neoprene.

Hoof boots have come on no end over the last few years - they are no longer the big clumpy mud magnets they once were. They are now a viable alternative to shoes.

Nb It might be a tiny bit of flare on the foot that's stopping the last one going on. You may need a little bit of rasping doing, or alternatively try on a hot day as the boot will be a bit more pliable. They do stretch with use - we tend to only buy boots for the front and then once they've stretched we move them on to the backs.

Wow,they look really smart,TBH if you had not said he had them on I would not have guessed from the photo :o
How long do they last you?
 
So he wears them the whole 6 weeks between farrier visits? Or you have them put on for a ride and taken off after. Like Y said, you'd never even know he had them on. Amazing how they've progressed really.
