NAF instant magic calmer

I use the powder and I find it's really brilliant for day to day management of stressy horses and i've heard some really good things about the instant magic, and i plan to try it myself next time i go out.

I used it a few weeks ago on my TB and I'm pretty sure it made a difference, he actually tied to the trailer for the first time ever and was very calm XC schooling, was like he was being ridden at home :)
 
Unfortunately it didn't appear to work for my cob, but then I only gave her one of them! I was trying to find something to keep her calm or chilled when her field mate leaves the field (she has major separation issues!!) rather than having to give her sedalin all the time. Whilst I have been told that Sedalin can be used regularly (people use this for clipping - you get this from your vet) I have also been told that it can damage their kidneys/liver (even if this is not true I do not want my cob being mildly sedated each time my friend wants to ride on her own!)

I have been told that you should use more than one of the syringes so it might be that I didn't give her enough (it doesn't help when she is not good with syringes either!!).

One didn't even touch the sides unfortunately - she was careering around the field, threatening to run into fences (which we knew she wouldn't do as she hasn't got a particularly high pain threshold!!). Thankfully she didn't pull her shoes off or give herself colic, which is her normal trick!

Worth a try though especially if you can still get 3 for £9.99. Anything is worth a try if it means using natural products rather than drugs!

Hope this helps - it might be that you will find that these will work for you, but would recommend that you do a trial run first with you close by to see what effect it has on your horse.
 
Yes I have used it for my mare and Im sure it helped her to be less spooky when out competing. Quite good value for money £9.99 for 3 tubes.
 
was very impressed with it, I got it to help my mare get her head round travelling again. The only down side was I found I had to give it 3 hours before any travelling. It definatly helped for the travelling side and had the added benefit that it helped with horror of the warm up, without taking the sparkle away
