Anone got naked ponys today? The sun here is warm already and looks like we are in for a warm one. The big guy I got back skinny has been rolling around for england thoroughly enjoying himself
 
:D yes stripped them off just before 7am this morning, was still a tad nippy but im sure they'll be very appreciative when the sun warms their backs
 
And our two horses naked for last few days and loving it be nice to get big winter rugs washed and packed away. If baby lambs can happily cope outside I am sure a 600 kg horse can cope!
 
Not yet as hard frost last night - but will be later and she had been naked most days for a couple of weeks now - it's lovely to see her with sun on her back :)

She's Hunter clipped and was sweating under a thin rug if I left one on during day - but I see full hairy natives with heavy rugs on still all day who are roasting :(
 
Mine have been naked since, umm oh yes all the time :p, rather foggy here this morning what is this sun you speak of?!
 
wish it was like that here well the sun is out but really hard frost this morning and frozen water the wind is still very cold here so both mine are still rugged as i turned out at 5:30 before work - i just hope they are not to hot but at atlea:rolleyes:st they are out!
 
My fully clipped ones have still got a HW on. I'm going to uni shortly and won't be back till 9pm by which time they'd be freezing if they were naked :( Not sure how I can get around it really as it's the same most days :cool:
 
Mines au natural, but her summer coat is coming through thick and fast - yeti like piles of hair everywhere, and going by my weather forecast it is due to turn cold and snow again next week.:(
I will probably need to rug then as she always chills when her coat is changing and we get lambing storms.
 
Yep! Even Alf's girlfriend is naked today - although I am keeping an eye on her, because she's TB, and ancient!

It was -4 at 6am and am at work until around 6.30 pm so left rugs on. So bl**dy difficult when they are at home alone with no-one able to derug when the sun comes out grrrr. Irish bog pony would have been fine, but woosy TB would have gone into melt down and he's a bit poorer than I would like at this time of the year.

They only have MW's on tho' so not tooooo bad. Rains back tomorrow guys according to OH (love it when he gives me bad weather reports NOT) so guess they'll trash their lovely new field by the weekend :mad:
 
I left my blanket clipped Horse with a sheet. I was going to go naked, but all the others had something on so felt guilty :o
 
Yes my two are naked today (well Sally is as naked as she can get as she suffers from sweet itch, I think I may paint 'I have sweet itch and will rub myself raw' across her snuggy set so I dont have to keep answering peoples comments and statements like Oh you dont want her dirty or haha, too lazy to groom!!!!!)
 
Mine got theres on, but going to go up shortly take them off for a few hours while I have a sort out/tidy up as got my daughter with me today so can't ride so just going to enjoy fews hours in the sunshine as my little one enjoys doing the poo picking etc (supose you could say child labour, she is only 2 :p)
