First of all, ignore my stupid face in the pictures
Now, onto the report!
I woke up this morning to a downpour! I decided (and my parents begged me) not to jump, but I had promised YO I'd help much out/prepare etc before hand, so I went anyway and took my stuff, just in case.
On the way, I had a thought! Just because I wasn't jumping, didn't mean I couldn't enter!
I entered "Horse/pony judge would most like to take home" and "Novice Handler" since I haven't shown in-hand since I was about 12 and I've never shown Ned in-hand.
He was really fired up and nervous, as he is before every show, but I walked him around a lot and he settled and ate the grass, watching his friends jump.
Someone came and told me it was time to go in the ring...but I was the only one entering!!
I was kinda disappointed that I didn't have any competition for either class, but he behaved so so so well when he was in the ring, I didn't really care
The judges were very kind and gave me a few hints for next time (I was on the wrong side of his head, woops!!) and I think I'll enter more next time
