Need desperate vibes for Tex! Vet just left, not looking good!

I am desperate! I have had the worst night of my life!

Tex has sustained a terrible injury to his heel/hoof. He became entagled in the fence of our neighbors pasture that we use. It is touch and go right now!. Vet was called to rush out immediatly.We have been fighting working on him all evening. Vet says the next two weeks are crucial to his survival.
After that point it is going to be weeks and even months of healing with no guarantees. A tremendous amount of work and care!
Please send your vibes to us! I thought tonight was the end but we worked through the evening to save him!

PLEASE PLEASE send us vibes! I am just sick and beside myself.

I have not even been able to get ahold of Merrill ( Tex is his horse)...he does not even know what has happened. My aunt had to rush over and help me with the vet.

my horse had a terrible wire injury and it was touch and go there too, a whole area of skin and flesh was ripped away so there was nothing to stitch, it looked like hell, and the vet thought he might have damaged himself to badly.
fifteen years on he just has a bald and granular area of scarring from the bulbs of his heel up to his fetlock left to right but i can put up with that rather than the alternative

so, hopefully you'll have the same good outcome, good luck!
