Well that will teach me for being smug!
I have had my loaner for just coming up to a year and looked on smugly at all the posts about trying to find good sharers etc.
Until today when she told me she is buying her own horse (which is fantastic as it gives me another hacking partner and an excuse to go horsey shopping!) and I've now got to start the search for someone new.
I know I've been very spoiled as she was only the second to see him (the first was a complete nutter) and is super reliable etc etc and now I'm thinking I can't be that lucky twice...
I've put a few feelers out amongst friends to see if they know of anyone but I'm dreading the full on advert and showing people etc.
If I was looking to be a sharer I would be chuffed to find him (I'm not saying that just as his owner!) as he is the sort that I couldn't find myself when looking to share - super safe and sane, kick to go, pull to stop etc.
He is so uncomplicated that a child can handle him - he wanders along beside you without needing the lead rope and happily lets you sweep under and around him if he's in when you're mucking out.
I just don't have the energy for the whole advertising process and worry that I will choose the wrong person.
Anyway, essay over - if anyone wants a safe and sane cob to part-loan please let me know!!

Otherwise I am just looking for advertising places (apart from Horsetoloan, freeads and preloved) from when I do eventually get round to doing an ad.
