anyone or recommend anyone? South area please, Dorset Hampshire, Wilts or surrounding counties.
Needed for Dan the 'rearer'. He was VERY bad today, and for once his owner is understanding how bad he can be, but need to know why he is like it. Tack, Back, Teeth and all else tried and tested, this is another option we have not ventured down yet, but willing to give it a try!!
Thanks folks

There is a lady called Catherine Edwards who does Irodology (sp), she also does communication she is based in Surrey. If you type Equine Iridology in to google she should come up x.

Have you thought about using an Animal communicator? It would be a lot cheaper then sending the horse away and you should get some answers to what the problem is. May be worth a try!

I'm shore we had her up to the riding school to give a demo once. She spoke with two horses and we all stood thinking yea right this has to be rigged. Anyway the third horse for the demo didn't show up so i went to get one of the school horses. (No one knew who i was going to get so no one could fill her in) She stroked the horses head and the first thing she said was "Murphy says he's a star"

This horse was very vicious when being groomed and people used to groom him and say "Murphys a star, Good boy Murphy" to him over and over again.
She went on to tell us lots of things about him and why he was like he was when she had no other way of knowing unless he was telling her.

Did some work years ago with Gary Witheford - he's based at Marlborough. He was effective with the pony we were having problems with (would get you off then go for you on the ground

) but I have to say it wasn't a "permanent fix" - the pony had some serious psycological problems! He's definitely worth having a look at anyway http://www.garywitheford.co.uk/

Hi, we used Michael Peace for our rearer a couple of weeks ago, he was very expensive but we were very impressed. Behaviour has vastly improved.

Again like most things...you will find some people who haven't had such a good experience too. Also ours is a young horse who had just be allowed to take an inch, rather than an older horse with a more established issue.

We also had a animal communicator out, very disappointed, I don't want to give further info on a public forum but she suggested we shoot him!!

Im sorry to hear that your experince with a animal communicator was very bad!! There is good ones out there too. Wishing you and your boy all the best.

Gaynor is amazing. I have seen her spend time with a few horses, and have spoken to people who have used her in the past. She is really incredible. A wee bit expensive, but theen again they all are!! She listens to what the horse is telling her... it might be that someone in the past called the horse a dud, or stupid, and the horse has internalised it, but can communicate it to her. The horse also can tell her which saddle it likes!! and where it has pain or is tight, or whether it likes being ridden in side reins or not. She comes out with things from the horse's history that only the horse could know! Gaynor is very gifted.

Honestly go down this route, get a Reading done they so true it's unreal. Sorted many a problem horse iv had out

I've had one of my horses "treated" by Jason Webb, he's amazing with horses and completely turned my bonkers boy around i would highly recommend him. However as rubyredshoes said he is not a guy who likes to have a long conversation he just gets to the point! I would at least give them a call

Tim Piper in South Somerset is brilliant. he is an RA and sorted a mare for me. He really does understand horses and you cn find him on the Intelligent Horsemanship site.

Catherine Edwards is incredible! My mare was beginning to get dangerous and was passed off by vets and trainers as awkward and naughty but Catherine solved all the problems and we are now having great fun! She's in guildford, surrey so not too far from you!
