Next years stallions!!!

What sort of palomino stallion are you looking for?

Best Friend has 2 palomino stallions at stud-

1 arab stallion - Colebridge Luminous
1 PBW stallion- Selestial Sun Dial
See.....under Warwickshire
Palomino Stallions

I can recommend them both not just because they're my friends but because they have fantastic temperaments, they have won a lot and their offspring are very nice indeed- Colebridge Luminous' this years cremello colt will be in Horse Deals next issue.

Hope this helps

Also, where are you? Some good stallions don't do AI for varying reasons and sometimes it is better to not AI a maiden mare - I read a statistic not too loong ago, that maidens tend to get in-foal easier if it's a natural covering. Natural is also cheaper.....

just been on the spss website looking at colts i do like kantjes unicolour and it wud be lovely 2have a palamino foal, unlikely but still nice idea.

still racking my brains kerrylou abit dumbstruck at the mo

I agree with SN, the chestnut wb Catherston Springsteen is loverly! Moves beautifully, and a gorgeous colour. My friend has a two year old by Springsteen out of a TB mare, she's massive but a sweetie, very quick and intelligent, she got all 8s and an 8.5 I believe for the BEF Futurity gradings, got a First Premium. Whatever that means (I'm not very clued up)! She has lovely paces like her dad (mother trots like a sewing machine but made it to intermediate BE) but inherited her mum's dark colour. Lovely baby though.
I like the Nibeley stallions too, a few chestnuts there I think.

That's not the bay out of the near black mare called............GAHHH something that begins with M, owners call her filly.......

im on the worcestershire/warwickshire border. She's a complete tart so im sure she won't have a problem with a natutal covering. I don't have a pic of her conf, have 1 of her lying down which is pretty useless (will try and get 1 2moro), but many people have said how nicely she's put together, its the main reason i had her, but she does have typical tb feet. I intend to keep the foalie myself as mine are getting on a bit

She was such a sweetie, I know she had a Catherston Liberator baby this year, I think it was a colt. She made such a great mum, but the best thing is that her now-owners are apparently riding her lightly between foals, she loves being worked.
Aww I miss her!

Must ask if anyone knows how her Liberator baby is doing!

Decanter is on my list too!

If I use him, I'm going to order a dun!! Think it'll work

THAT'S the one!!!! Her filly (now 2yo) got choke one night and we had to get the vet out pretty darn quick - was scary!! Will see if I can find my Catherston piccies! I KNOW i have some of Macadee and the foal (what is the filly called, don't think I ever knew...)

I think Derek would compliment her very well indeed! He's bit less specialist than Jack too! Mojo is mahousive................I like 'em big though..............but with B's height history, I'm not sure, it may grow to be bigger

Her Dad was 17.1hh and her mother 17hh and she is just shy of 16.2h, but was 4 weeks premature.......

Thank you for saying that about H - I won't tell him

- I do love KC, but would like to try WB on her this time. Could well use him again in the future - he has a fab temperament!

She once got colic from eating mum's hard feed when she was very little. She was quite a greedy baby! She's called Darcy, her posh name is Smashing Pumpkin (how cool is that?!). I suppose it's difficult to find a name between Springsteen and Macadee, it took about six months to name her! I have some sweet pics of the day after she was born (born the day before my birthday!)
Ah it's such a small world!

They sold her once she was confirmed in foal to Liberator, but the people were really nice. Such a shame though, she only stopped eventing because she must have clouted her knees on a few too many xc jumps and was too lame to compete. Hopefully Darcy will grow up to be an eventer just like mum, with dad's paces, and hopefully she'll learn to pick her darned knees up!

i think its healthy not 2use the same stallion all the time cuz i think some ppl tend to get stuck in a rut, if u no what i mean. my mum kinda likes to stay in the security zone of certain stallions it does tend to annoys me

We are looking at stallions for next year too....

Im trying to find chestnut warmbloods, chestnut Welsh cobs and chestnut thoroughbreds.

Easy you may say.... but there aren't that many chestnut stallions to choose from! (any help appreciated!).

He's got great breeding and v eye catching.

I think theres something to be said for using the same one if the babies are nice though, like we prob will return to WJ as we cant really imagine getting better than our filly!!
