hi, I have just recieved my pay cheque for this month, minus £103 because I took 1 and a half days holiday more than I should have. I want to oppose this, as:
- the half day was actually spent in A & E - sick day, not holiday
- I was not aware that I didn't have the extra day as holiday entitlement - my boss only told me after that it would be unpaid. had I known beforehand, I wouldn't have taken it
- The 3 days between Christmas and New Year, my boss closed the office and said we had to take those 3 days as obligatory holiday. If the office is closed, we have no choice but to not come to work - so how can that be forced upon me to take as holiday?
LEGAL HELP NEEDED PLEASE!!!!!!!
