No , at four no I would not buy it at that price .
Why should you carry the risk of the surgery .
If it had surgery had been in work for nine months after that and was working and going well would be something different.
I have had a run in with a vetting on a young Sir Shutterfly with hock issues .
It’s so sad for these horses their lives are blighted just as they start .

No I wouldn't even consider it as others have said the market has dropped considerably & I'm sure you could spend your 12k on a much better bet although we are talking horses xx
