The white van IS still working in Gloucestershire.
A family friend disturbed them whilst they were at her place. Her 44yo pony appears to have been drugged (waiting for vet comfirmation) and the road outside their property has been marked with yellow paint.
She got a good look at the person involved and number plates, and the police have taken statements.
Similar things are being investigated in the Forest of Dean.
