....... as you know Dexie has an Ouchie. It is infected- he is on anti B's, wound has a fairly sizeable lump of infection round it, and it is still oozing a little bit. Yesterday he was very lame, and sorry for himself and barely moved from his sick bed all day.

Dex obviously feels better- still lame, but only really in "trot" or when going up steps etc :o Problem is walking him- when would you? Im thinking tomorrow just for a stroll round the block- or should I wait until the swelling goes down further- and if so what can I drug him with to keep him calm LOL  Dont know what to do for the best!

Dex now defo wants to live with you- says you am a nice lady who would take him walkies, cos his mean mum didnt!! :)

Ok walkies it is then!

Dexie would play that game with him all day long- and probably all night too! Took him out tonight in the end- the "if iz sit byz my lead and do loud barkinz" wore me down. Took frigging ages for him to be quiet though so I could actually take him without it being a reward for barking!!!

Well persisted that woman:D

If you don't walk him, he will end up doing a wall of death around the house and will only do more damage... you know it's true...

Yeah we had attempted wall of death round the garden went alot like this

run- ouch that hurts- run- ouch that hurts- run - ouch that hurts-run- ouch that hurts- run- ouch that hurtsrun- ouch that hurts- run- ouch that hurts- run - ouch that hurts-run- ouch that hurtsrun- ouch that hurts- run- ouch that hurts- run - ouch that hurts-run- ouch that hurts- ok i give up.

Am convinced if he as a girl dog it would have gone
run- ouch that hurts- ok I give up

Don't believe it re girl dogs. When Evie was supposed to be on restricted exercise she tried to bounce up and down every few minutes and we had the exact same ouch that hurts so I'll do it again! :p
