Ok probably the highlight of my life. Went to work as normal with hubby fitting carpets, arrived at a farm in Gloucester and start work all very normal. House owner arrives and says cool as a cucumber your husband said you have horses, we have Denman here if you'd like to meet him before you go, do you know who he is?
Do I know who Denman is! Is the pope catholic
so got me meet, cuddle and feed polos to the very handsome Denman. He's looking very well after his recent potentially fatal infection and I was honoured and excited to meet such a legend.
Photo below its a bit blurry, but I'm back to do a bit more work next week so hope to get a better one then. Still over the moon and grinning

They are really lovely people where he is, and Charlotte who has him now is amazing. Lucky you - glad your meeting with him was better than when I met Desert Orchid and the miserable lump bit me... :D
 
Lucky person. I nearly managed to get squished by him at the Boxing Day meet last year. If you're going to get trampled to death it may as well be by Denman. Rather like being run over by a tank I should imagine.
