So a few of you prob remember Casper, who I was going to buy, school on and sell. However, I didn't get on with him as well as I thought I might so I didn't buy him. He is at my yard and his owner really does want to sell him before winter sets in as she will then only be able to ride at the weekend and he does need to be ridden more than that.

*10 years old
*16.3hh
*Gorgeous
*EASY to do, really lovely, lots of character but not at all bolshy or naughty
Needs sedating for clipping (although I am going to clip him with my quiet clippers and I reckon he will be fine)
* Ridden in a loose ring french link
*Brill hack, fun rides, hunts etc
*Although he won a lot of dressage with his old owner (bought in July 06) he is rather green in the school - he gets tense and rushes, but if you are a quiet and considerate rider he works nicely
*Jumps well, but again, green over SJ courses (His owner NEVER schools or SJs)
The major factor is that he really is a one rider horse - he is amazing and easy to ride for his owner, hacks out on the buckle and never does anything wrong. New riders feel they have to take a hold of him and if you do that he will bowl on (in school or hacking). He is quirky, but not at all nasty...its hard to explain, but for the right rider he is absolutely 100% brilliant.
