One year ago today.....(picture overload!)

This little man came into my life -

This was the day he arrived -

And ever since that day we have had so much fun learning together. From bathing -

To going out for long walks -

To making his bestest friend in the whole world -

To winning at shows !!

From a freeeeeeeezing cold winter -

To a blistering hot summer -

Ben, you are the best pony in the world and I couldn't ask for anything more. You are always there at the end of a long hard day to put a smile on my face. Happy 1 year 'owniversary' Ben, long may our partnership continue!

Well done to anyone that got this far and listening to my schmushy sentimental post well deserved cookies and hot cocoa all round!

What have you got planned for year two?

I love that pic too, it's like he's saying 'gawd mum, what's all the fuss about?'

lots more planned for year 2 - plenty more shows and possibly the beginnings of backing late summer if I feel he is mature enough. Exciting times!

Thank you hes my first youngster so really trying hard to get him used to everything and not muck it up! He is 3/4 appaloosa by the stallion Wa Ha Dar out of an appyXcob/dales mare.
