Ooops - bit irresponsible of me! (pics)

Early this morning I took the dogs to the beach, armed with my camera.

I saw two interesting ducks out on the water and zoomed in to take photos, after a few shots my spaniel's head appeared in the screen - he had swam out to them. When I zoomed back out I suddenly realised just how far out he had swam!!! Bloody good job he is an exceptionally strong swimmer - I can't swim so wouldn't have been able to get out there and rescue him

Flyn suddenly appears on my screen......

You know, when I saw the first photo, I thought it was a black and white killer whale nose and you were going to say your dog was paddling around with them !

The first time we took Bodo to the beach he went half way to Scotland after a seagull...it musn't have been well because he caught it, swam back and delivered it to my mother

I was putting poo in the bin in the car park and heard my mother screaming...and guess who had to dispatch the poor bugger?!
 
its like mine i went rought shootin and dropped a pheasant in a river sent jasper onto retrieve it didnt quite realise how strong and deep the river was he manged to get out 250 yards down stream. such a good boy tho he didnt drop it

Really fab pics.

Poppy loves a swim, but def wouldn't go that far out.
