Operation: Learn To Ride

Thanks for posting @Tiddlypom - wish there was similar down south! Not sure what happened to the one at Quob.

There is one at tilefields in brokenhurst. I keep meaning to try it.

The horse also jumps! So I worked my way down an endless grid set at cross poles, then upprights, then oxers working on the fold and my balance over a jump.
My turn for this was yesterday! I may have squeaked with alarm when first faced with the endless grids 😳🤣.

The aim of the grid exercise is to make my seat and lower leg more secure in three point canter. Hence the hands on my head again.

I love these simulator sessions. Jen has worked intensively hands on my glutes which were super tight, and I am able to sit much more centrally and straight now. I’ve invested in Jen’s symmfit top and jodhs as they help me spot my own wonkinesses more readily.

Well you're making that look easy!
