ok, can i start by saying, this isnt for me and i dont want loads of people saying "learn to ride better" or anything, i am merely passing on a question.
basically she has just bought an ex-racer, a couple years off the track and he has started bucking and tossing his head, and chucking her off (A LOT) so she had the dentist out today and it turns out he hasnt been done in over 2 years and had teeth like razor blades! so after 1 had a half hours with the dentist he is having a couple of days off. and the dentist suggested a myler bit, she asked me about it and i genuinely have no idea about bits as i have always used snaffles. so my question is what are they like? are they harsh/soft etc also what variations are there? which are best etc
sorry about the long story and thanks in advance x x x
