Orbit

😂😂😂 its just a decent camera 😂😂😂

He really is a good boy 😍

He's a find, but there were moments on that ride there where someone with less confidence could have let him know that he couldn't rely on them to tell him what to do, and spoilt everything. You sensed exactly how much to push him and he already trusts you not to ask him to do anything unsafe and also knows he doesn't get to make the decisions which way to turn. It's a really great start for a 3 year old. I'm so jealous of your open country!

Im lucky that for now we can just stay on the estate, after winter we will start adding in roads etc

Until then we will just stay 20 minutes ish , that will be enough for him , will take him into the arena and practise steering in the week, im sure he will crush it 😍

I can't believe I just spent 15 minutes watching you hack! What is my life coming too? 🤣

He's a lovely boy and you live in a lovely place!
It took so long to upload the bloody thing 😂😂😂 you woulda had it this morning… im very lucky with this very small yard, my friend lives right up above the stables and its 4 miles from my house.

You will see much more of the countryside in Spring 🥰

I fell off the mounting block today. I was standing at the top and angling Tigger round, there was a mare in the field next door and the chat was getting a bit X rated so wanted him facing a different way. He obliged but was so close his belly was over the block and I got edged off.

The reason I asked as we had a woman with a new pony and she decided to take shoes off, all ok for a few days then he began stopping and was very reluctant to move forward on the road, he was ok on the grass. She thought he was just being naughty but after a while she got front shoes on and he straight away went back to being the pony she bought… this was a long while ago and I don’t think boots were around then and the only option was to shoe… I was just interested to know if he was coping ok. I loved your videos , and am looking forward to more 🙂🙂

He seems to be coping well, most of our work will be on tarmac, its just round the estate that it is rougher. My farrier also seems to think that the shoes were only put on for the selling purpose anyway. I will always put him first you know that 🥰 any sign of difficulty, boots on ☺️

I know you will , I can tell that from how you looked after BB. I think Orbit is just what you need to help with your loss , you will never forget BB but you are already making memories with Orbit and I hope I can tag along for the journey 🙂
Of course you can, 🥰
