Well, I had a fall off ebony about 10 years ago, luckily I was wearing a back protector, one of the older styles that was a bit more flexible than the bricks we have nowadays. Even so I dammaged my back half way down... I kind of bent backwards and jarred it. No break I don't think but I never actually went to the doctors or had an x ray. After lying there, wiggling my toes and getting my bearings, I gingerly got back on and rode home
I have known for a few years that my back was out, I always wear my left shoe heel out faster than my right, and I have a low dull ache in my lower back when sitting at a desk all day. When I ride, my left hand side is never as strong and I struggle when schooling as I sort of collapse on the weaker side.
So, I decided I would get a back support, to help even myself out when riding. I can't believe how bad my back must be

It arrived today and I put it on about an hr and a half ago. During which time my right shoulder down to the middle of my back alongside my spine has really started getting angry, infact my entire right side is a bit narky
My left side feels blissfull but the support has slowly made my good side hurt. I have obviously got a lot that needs sorting out in my back and I am going to have to give the drs a ring and ask for a referral and investigation into what I did 10 years ago and how to get it as good as it can be.
Ouch
